USED /READY MOULDS FAQ:
These are moulds stored in our ware house. Our warehouse has more than 3000 used moulds. These moulds are purchased from Customer who meets his target selling requirement, which is later sold to other customer in need.

We take care of this mould in our warehouse, so interested customer can take the advantage of having this mould dispatched for immediate production.

Though these are termed as used moulds, but we ensure this mould gives you maximum productivity & Shots. Some are ready moulds which will give you more than 0.4 million shots.

2. How to book used moulds?
• You can choose used mould from our website and send request via contact form, to check the availability and quote.
• If no match found, you can email us at info@nuevaplast.com to check the availability of urgently required moulds, as we have more than 3000 used moulds.
• Costing, availability and delivery time will be communicated once we receive request for quote.

3. I am interested to buy this mould, can I get physical sample before purchase?
We have limited samples available for display for almost all the used moulds we offer. Sorry for inconvenience, samples will be sent to you once you confirm the mould with the advance payment, but we can provide you sample photos from all angle and video for your review.

4. What is the guarantee that purchased moulds will be good to use?
Our priority is to ensure that we sell good quality moulds whether it is used or new. We believe in long term business relation.
Once the mould is booked, our engineer conduct testing of this mould in our workshop to evaluate proper functioning of mould and final product.
The client has option to be present in our workshop at the time of testing or we can send test video and samples for your review. Upon final approval from client, the moulds are shipped.

5. How much time will it take to ship used mould?
As said earlier, at the time of testing if no modification is required, then the mould will be dispatched in 2-3 weeks.
While testing mould, if we come across need of modifying the mould to provide more polishing or removal of flash or fixing of any parts, then it may take little more than 2 weeks to ship the mould.

6. What are the payment terms?
Our payment term is 50% advance by T/T and balance 50% by T/T before we dispatch the moulds.

7. Will I be charged for test samples?
No, you will not be charged for test samples if not exceeding more than two quantities.

8. What if mould face unexpected technical snag during production?
For used moulds guarantee is limited. If any mould has any small problem because of different injection machine, we will provide the repairing method.
If require any spare parts which needs to be replaced for further production, we can courier you.

9. Can you help me to sell my used moulds?
We always promote selling of used moulds. You can send us complete details and photos of product and mould along with target price via email.
We will offer this mould to our potential buyer and if ready to purchase, we will reach an agreement to have this sold.
